We provide high level counselling 1:1 service for adult clients who are experiencing high level of anxiety and stress. We also focus on supporting people who have been through a difficult and traumatic time of their life.

Let us help you to understand about the connection between trauma and mental health. After a traumatic event, our nervous system may get stuck. Traumatic event is subjective to everyone. Sometimes, we encounter trauma and have no idea that it was traumatic for us. As a result of traumatic events, we can feel anxious easily and unable to feel calm. This explains your trauma symptoms such as emotional reactivity, insomnia, anxiety, anger, restlessness and depression. There may be also a connection between addiction and eating disorder with trauma. We are here to help you to reduce your trauma symptoms and to have a happy and joyful life.

We can create a clear plan for you to move forward and also let things unravel as part of your learning and healing journey. Once you are able to reshape your nervous system and change some of the neuropathway in your brain, you can learn to turn off your stress response with ease.

We would love to help you to understand and work with your nervous system to bring your nervous system back to its beautiful harmony of calmness after experiencing traumatic incident. This however will need to take time, practice and consistency for the change to happen.  Throughout your healing journey with me, you will learn more about your body and mind. You are allowed have total control in the sessions with me by learning to tap into your inner need and intuition. Your Yes and your No and your established boundaries in our sessions are your valuable resources to guide you through life and relationships.  Together we can reshape your nervous system and you can learn to respond to daily stress with confidence and calmness. Relaxation and using relevant coping strategies can become your second nature with ease. Imagine that you can move through life and relationship with self-understanding and acceptance, confidence and calmness.

With the combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in conjunction with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we are dedicated to providing a safe space for you to reflect your insight and personal experience. Do you need a support letter in the first few sessions?


The fee for a counselling session is 180 per session. With a valid Mental Health Care Plan referral, you can get your medicare rebate of $ 81.90 per session for up to 10 sessions within a calendar year.
